1ST PLACE RIBEYE STEAK
1 (14 oz) ribeye
fajita seasoning
steak seasoning
FOR THE MARINADE:
4 oz Yashida sauce
6 oz orange juice
Sprinkle fajita seasoning and steak seasoning on ribeye. Rub in seasonings and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Combine Yashida sauce and orange juice. Pour on meat and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Grill steaks over hot mesquite coals. Cook as you like.
