Recipe: 2 summer slaw recipes

I came across a few recipes for Summer Slaw, but alas, none of them contained tomato. You may be able to add them yourself.

SUPER SUMMER SLAW

1 (1 1/2 lb.) small head cabbage -- cored and finely shredded
4 large carrots -- coarsely grated
1 large zucchini -- coarsely grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. lemon peel -- grated
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. dry dill weed
1/4 c. low-calorie mayonnaise

In a large bowl combine sour cream, dill, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon peel and juice.
Stir well.
Stir in cabbage, zucchini and carrots; mix well.
Store in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
Makes 8 servings.

-------------------------------CREAMY SUMMER SLAW

1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 small green cabbage -- shredded (about 4 c.)
2 small zucchini -- sliced
2 small yellow squash -- sliced

In large bowl combine mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, celery seed and pepper, beat until blended.
Add remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Serve chilled.
