Recipe(tried): American Garlic and Parsley Bread (bread machine)

Another loaf that didn't see the day out.

American Garlic and Parsley Bread for Bread Machine

1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
3 tbsp wheat germ
3 tbsp wheat bran
1 3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 1/4 cups water

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool before slicing. Serve plain or toasted.
