Recipe: Amish Peanut Butter

Hi Angie,

Maybe this is what you are looking for.

1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup marshmellow cream
1 cup corn syrup

In a bowl, stir all ingredients together till combined,Place in a covered container, store in refrigerator .

Bring to room temperature to serve as a bread spread or ice cream topper.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
