Recipe: Amish Peanut Butter Spread

Hi,

I hope one of the following will help. Looks like these recipes are for making large batches to sell or give away.

Amish Peanut Butter Spread 1

3 lb. crunchy or smooth peanut
butter
2 qt. light Karo
2 qt. marshmallow topping

Mix until smooth. Add more Karo syrup if too thick.

Amish Peanut Butter Spread 2

10 c. brown sugar
5 c. water
3/4 c. white Karo syrup
3 qt. marshmallow cream
5 to 6 lb. peanut butter

Boil 10 to 15 minutes brown sugar, water and white Karo.
Cool off. Then add 3 quarts marshmallow cream and all the
peanut butter.
