ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX COOKIES
1 box angel food cake mix
1/2 cup water
Optional additions*
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine dry cake mix and water.
Cover cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray (or use nonstick baking pan) drop cookies by rounded teaspoonful onto foil.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cookies become puffed and golden. Remove from
oven; cool completely.
*You can add whatever you like to this... such as chocolate chips, butter brickle, finely chopped dried fruits, etc. Add after you mix the cake mix with the water.
