Ann Lander's Meat Loaf
2 lbs. ground round
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. breadcrumbs (I like to use Quaker quick oatmeal)
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1, 8 oz. can tomato sauce
Mix thoroughly. Put into 9 X % X 3 inch loaf pan. Cover with 2 strips of baco if you like that flavor. Pour over all, 1, 8 oz. can of tomato sauce. Bake for i hour at 350 degrees F. Serves 6.
