6 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1 1/4 cups natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee (cooled)
Blend butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla, then beat until fluffy.
Add confectioners sugar and coffee. This icing is great on dark chocolate cake.
