Hi Wendy. I really like AJ's idea for the necklaces. Here is another idea that was previously posted here on Recipe Link -- Cupcakes made as ice cream cones. I was thinking you could write your daughter's name and/or "100" on the tops of the ice cream cone cupcakes.

18 1/4 ounces Chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 cups Water
1/2 cup Oil
3 Eggs
30 Small flat bottom ice cream cones

5 cups Sifted powdered sugar
3/4 cup Shortening
1/2 cup Butter or margarine, soft
2 1/2 tablespoons Milk
1 1/4 teaspoons Almond extract
Assorted sprinkles & candies
Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients according to cake mix package directions.
Fill each cone with about 2 1/2 tbsp of batter.
Place cones about 3-inches apart on an ungreased baking
sheet (or in muffin pans).
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.
For icing, beat all ingredients together in large bowl until smooth.
Ice each cupcake with about 1 tbsp icing. Before icing hardens decorate with candy and/or sprinkles.
Store in airtight container.

ICE CREAM CONE CUPCAKES
To make ice cream cone cupcakes, get a box of cake cones and make up a batch of your favorite cake batter box mix or recipe.
Place a cone in each of the spaces in a muffin tin and fill about 1/2 way full with cake batter.
Bake according to the cupcake directions on your cake mix or recipe, but do check them a few minutes early or if they brown too quickly.
If you fill the cupcakes too full, it is actually ok - they will overflow which will look like melted ice cream when done! Just don't fill more than 3/4 full or you'll have more mess than fun.
Frost with your favorite fluffy frosting and top with sprinkles, if desired. I have found that these are great fun for kids.
Editor's note: Try using a muffin pan as a holder for the cones when transporting. - Happy Baking, Betsy
