Recipe(tried): Old Fashioned Salmon Loaf (using canned salmon and cracker crumbs)

2 cans (7 1/2 oz each) salmon, undrained
12 soda crackers, crushed to fine crumbs (saltines)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
Dash hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan and line with wax paper.
Remove bones from salmon. Place salmon and liquid in a large bowl and mash with a fork. Add cracker crumbs and mix well. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except lemon wedges. Mix into salmon mixture. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30-35 minutes or until center is firm to touch. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Loosen edges with knife, invert onto serving platter. Garnish with lemon.
