APPLE COFFEE CAKE
1 (18 1/2 oz) pkg yellow cake mix
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
FOR THE CRUMB TOPPING:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Well grease 2 (9x5-inch) loaf pans.
Combine cake mix, eggs, and pie filling in a large bowl, mixing well. Spoon into prepared pans.
Combine sugar and flour; cut in butter until mixture resembles very coarse crumbs. Sprinkle mixture over top of batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 min or until cakes test done.
Makes 2 (9x5-inch) loaves
