Apricot Bonbons

Makes about 3 to 3 1/2 dozen candies

These make a lovely Easter gift.

1 (14 oz.) package flaked coconut
6 oz. dried apricots, finely chopped
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
20 oz. white coating chocolate
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted (for garnish)

Combine coconut, chopped apricots and sweetened, condensed milk and refrigerate overnight. Roll into marble-sized balls.

Melt white chocolate, stirring till smooth.

Dip balls into coating and refrigerate until hardened.

Drizzle, in a zig-zag fashion, melted semi-sweet chocolate with a fork over cooled cookies for an optional garnish.
