Creamy Waldorf Jello Mold

This has a very "clean" taste. If you make it you won't be sorry.

1 (6 oz) pkg lime jello
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant lemon pudding
2 cups diced apple (I use Granny Smith)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cold water. Chill till almost set.

Prepare lemon pudding according to package directions.

In mixer bowl combine pudding and chilled Jello; beat 2 minutes with electric mixer.

Stir in apple and walnuts. Pour into 8 cup mold. Chill until set.
