Recipe(tried): Baked French Toast

Baked French Toast (assemble night before)
8 eggs
3 cups milk
3 Tlb vanilla
dots of butter...beat together eggs and milk - add vanilla - slice large loaf of french bread into about 3/4 in. slices - lightly grease 9 x 13 pan with butter (or spray with cooking spray) layer the sliced bread in the pan similar to overlapping dominoes - pour egg mixture over bread - cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Next morning preheat oven to 350 - remove foil - sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with a couple Tlb butter - and bake about 45 mins or until golden on top and no runny mixture - you can sprinkle xxx sugar over it - slice individual servings - maple syrup - Voila!
