BAKED PORK CHOPS/ALABAMA STYLE
4-6 bone-in pork chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 can white wine
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. flour
seasoned salt and pepper
Add flour to the cooking bag and shake. Add pork chops to the bag. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Combine soup, wine, onion, and garlic. Pour this mixture on the pork chops and turn to coat thoroughly. Make 6 1" slits in the top of the cooking bag with a sharp knife. Put the bag in a baking dish. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. These pork chops will be delicious and tender. You can use the gravy over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
