Recipe(tried): Baked Stuffed Shells for two

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces
[Normally i wouldn't make so many but you can also freeze or fridge and make the other 6 later. Just that what do you do with half an egg?]

BAKED STUFFED SHELLS

12 large pasta shells
1 cup sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
[1 tsp sugar]
1/4 cup parmesan
1/4 cup mozzarella
2 tsp basil or 2 tsp parsley or 1 of each.

1 large casserole or 2 small casserole

PREHEAT 350

Boil shells according to directions.

Mix ricotta, egg, 2 tablespoons parmesan, 2 tablespoons mozzarella, basil, parsley and sugar if using.

Stuff shells with cheese mixture.

Pour 1/4-1/2 cup sauce on the bottom of the casserole. Layer the shells, top with sauce. Then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.

Bake covered 45 minutes. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
