Recipe(tried): Barbecue Beef Roast (using cola)

Barbecue Beef Roast

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 lb. beef roast
3 tsp. oil
1/4 cup Coca Cola
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)

Preheat oven to 325F. Mix salt, pepper & garlic powder together & rub on roast. Heat oil in a roasting pan and brown roast on all sides. Mix all the remaining ingredients; pour over the roast. Cover and roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
