Recipe(tried): Basted Eggs
Misc.Basted is the only way I like eggs. I don't have a recipe but all you do is fry some bacon, reserving bacon drippings. Break an egg into the drippings then with a spatula, toss (flip) the drippings carefully and gently onto the egg several times until the egg is cooked the way you want it.
Is this what you were thinking of?
