Recipe(tried): beef jerky

Misc.

1 lb sliced beef or deer
1/3 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/3 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Accent (MSG)
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp Tabasco (more or less to taste)

slice meat to desired thickness. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Dip
slices of meat and place in container, pur remaining marinate over meat
and refrigerat overnight. Place in dehydrator at 140 degrees for 6 to 10
hours depending on thickness and desired dryness.
