Recipe(tried): Beet Pickled Eggs

Since I can my own pickles beets, it is so easy to add the hard cooked eggs to the pickled beet juice. Once I served these to a group of people from South Africa. They were the hit of the party. Several years later met a yound man from the same area. We were telling him the pickled eggs story and he said "Oh my mom has a movie picture of those eggs!!! What a small world.
