Recipe(tried): Bill Bailey's Corned Beef Glaze

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
BILL BAILEY'S CORNED BEEF GLAZE

After you have simmered your corned beef covered at a temperature of 160 degrees F for approximately 60 minutes per pound of meat, spread with the following glaze.

GLAZE:
"During the last 30 minutes of cooking, remove corned beef from the kettle. Make a glaze of honey, mustard, allspice and cloves. Brush corned beef with glaze, wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes."

The recipe did not give amounts.
I also add brown sugar to the glaze.
