Recipe: Bill Knapp's Au Gratin Potatoes (ingredients)

Having been a Bill Knapp employee for MANY years, I had access to ingredients of all recipes(as did everyone who worked there) - in case we had customers who were allergic to something. From memory, here are SOME of the ingredients I can remember:

AU GRATIN POTATOES had roughly 7 DIFFERENT cheeses (one being Old English SHARP cheddar, another being a Swiss-type,(poss. gruyere). They always claimed they did NOT use Velveeta, but the texture indicated to me that they DID. I also think there was a small amount of parmesean, cream cheese & sour cream, as well as garlic & lots & lots of butter. Unless a customer requested, the cooks always "dotted" the augratin ramekins with real butter.

***Biscuits were also pre-buttered unless otherwise requested. I'll post info. on other BK recipes in future post.
