Recipe(tried): Brocolli Casserole

I make this one all the time. It's always a big hit when we have company.

1 head brocolli
Velveeta cheese sliced
1 stick butter or margarine(melted)
1 roll Ritz crackers(crushed)

Wash and boil brocolli. Put half of head in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish.
Cover with layer of Velveeta cheese. Put the other half of broccoli on top.
Put another layer of cheese. Combine the butter and crackers and sprinkle on
top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. or until bubbly.
