Recipe: Broiled Corn on the Cob

Side Dishes - Vegetables
BROILED CORN ON THE COB

3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
6 ears fresh corn on the cob, husks removed

Combine melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush on corn.

Put under broiler 4-inches from source of heat and broil, turning ears several times, 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and done.

Makes 6 servings
