Recipe: Brown Sugar Pie (using heavy cream)

Brown Sugar Pie
Kentucky - Adapted from Patterson, Kentucky Cooking

5 tablespoons butter, softened
2 cups light brown sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 unbaked, 9-inch pie shell

Cream the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the flour and cream.

Pour the filling into the pie shell.

Bake at 350 Degrees F. for 30 - 40 minutes, or until set.
