Recipe: California Citrus Salad (like Claim Jumper's)

Salads - Assorted
CALIFORNIA CITRUS SALAD
(LIKE CLAIM JUMPER'S)

5 oz romaine-iceberg lettuce mix
2 oz Citrus Dressing (click here)
1 1/2 oz Mandarin orange sections
1 1/2 oz pecan brittle
1 1/2 Pippin apples, cut 1/4-inch dice
3/4 oz raisins
1/4 avocado cut 1/4-inch dice
3/4 oz dried cranberries
1/8 oz green onions, sliced 1/4-inch
3/4 oz blue cheese crumbled

Toss ingredients together. Serve chilled.
