CAMPBELL'S HERB GRILLED CHICKEN
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 lb. chicken parts
Mix broth, lemon juice, basil, thyme and pepper.
Grill chicken 20 minutes, turning often. Brush with broth mixture. Grill 20 minutes more or until done, turning and brushing often with broth mixture. Discard remaining broth mixture.
Makes 4 servings
