Recipe: Candy Strawberries

Candy Strawberries
Makes 64 strawberry candies

2 boxes strawberry Jell-O
3/4 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 cup finely shredded coconut
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Mix all the ingredients and form into strawberries shapes. Dip the pointed end in decorative red sugar and the stem end in decorative green sugar. Place on wax paper in refrigerator for several hours.

Note: Decorative sugar may be colored by placing in a jar, add food coloring and shake to mix well.
