Recipe: Caviar Pie Appetizer

CAVIAR PIE APPETIZER

1 (8oz.) pkg, cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. lemon juice
Red Caviar
1 hard boiled egg--grated
1 small chopped onion
Chopped Parsley
Melba toast, Triscuits, or rye party bread

Soften and blend cream cheese with mayonnaise. Season with chopped onion Worcestershire, and lemon juice. Spread in center of plate in circle about 1 inch thick. Cover with red caviar and chopped parsley, sprinkle with hard boiled egg and onion on top. Chill, Serve with crackers ore rye bread.
