CHEESY HAM AND CORN PIE

1 pound Ham-diced
2 1/2 cups Corn or mixed vegies
1/4 cup Onion-chopped
1 small Green pepper-chopped
3 tablespoons Butter or Marg
4 Eggs-or-egg beaters
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded 2oz
1 teaspoon Worcestetshire
1/4 teaspoon Pepper & salt to taste
2 Crust pie dough
Or use any vegie your family
Likes.

1.Saute onion, pepper in butter in large skillet until soft, Remove from
Heat. 2. Beat eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add onion and
peppers mixture, Ham, corn, cheese, worcestershire sauce and seasoning.
mix well. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 4. Prepare pie dough. Can use
your own or prepared crust or a mix. Roll out a little more then half for
bottom crust, place in a 11x17 baking dish.spoon in ham mixture. 5. Roll
out remaining crust and fit over filling. Pinch together and crimp or
flute. Cut steam vents in top. Place on a cookie sheet or foil. 6. Bake in
preheated oven for 1 hour or until pastry is golden brown. Let stand a few
minutes and then cut in squares. This is a change from the old chicken Pot
Pie.Try it you will like it. TO FREEZE; Place unbaked pies on large cookie
sheet, freeze until firm. Than Wrap and label and date and put back in
freezer. TO BAKE FROZEN PIE; Remove foil from pies. Place frozen pies on
large cookie sheet. Bake in hot 400 degree oven for 35 min, or until
golden brown. INDIVIDUAL. YOU CAN MAKE ANY SIZE PIE YOU WANT. SINGLE
SERVING ETC.
