Recipe: Chicken and Broccoli over Pasta

Chicken and Broccoli over Pasta

2 tsp olive oil
l clove garlic, minced
1/2 lb boneless chicken breast, cut in cubes
salt and pepper
1 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup canned broth
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
angel hair pasta, cooked and drained

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add chicken and cook, stirring quickly and frequently about 5 minutes; add broccoli, broth, salt, and pepper, cook till tender and heated through and chicken is done, 3-5 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Can adjust quantities of chicken.
