Recipe(tried): Chicken Dressing Casserole

Main Dishes - Casseroles
Boil the chicken in a large pot with water
about 30 min. ( if they are breasts).
Steam the broccoli until done. Make up some
Stove Top stuffing and put in the bottom of
a casserole dish, add chicken then broccoli.
Make a cheese sauce- melt 1 tsp butter or margerine
add 1-2 tsp flour or 1/2-1 tsp cornstarch to
butter, mix well. Add 2 cups cheddar cheese,
sliced or cubed, it doesn't matter as long as
it melts. Add 1/2 cup milk and stir on medium
heat until it melts. In the microwave after
mixing the butter and flour add milk and cheese
and micro. 4-5min. and stir until smooth.
You may want to adjust the thickness with more
flour or milk to taste.
Pour the cheese over the top of Chick./brocc/
stuffing and you can either eat it then or
bake for 20 min. on 300*. It is one of my
family's favorites and presents well for
guests.
