Recipe(tried): Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Side Dishes - Vegetables
cook chicken till done, cut up into bite size pieces. Steam broccoli lightly. Layer in baking dish: broccoli, chicken and 1 can cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/2 can milk. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350F for 20 min. Top with french fried onion rings and brown for 4-5 min. Serve over cooked rice.
