Recipe(tried): Chicken Enchiladas with Spicy Sauce (Pico de Gallo) and Lazy Pierogies

 I have made this dish (Chicken Enchiladas) for my family and for potlucks. It always seems to be a hit:-)!! Another recipe that I made for my 2 girls and they really liked was something like Lazy Pierogies...mashed potatoes, onions,lasagne noodles and loads of butter...What's not to like??!?
