Recipe: Chicken Pot Pie for Glen

Chicken Pot Pie...this is a really good recipe..I hope you will be willing to give it a try! Please let me know..Thanks~Tina

Here it is:

1 6oz. pkg. chicken stove top stuffing
1/4 cup butter or margarine~cut into pieces
1/2 cup hot water
1 12oz jar chicken gravy
3 cups cooked boneless chicken breast
1 10 oz pkg. mixed vegetables
1/4 t thyme leaves

Place seasoning packet and butter in bowl and add hot water. Stir to partially melt butter. Add stuffing and crumbs, stir gently until water is absorbed. Pour gravy into 2~quart casserole dish. Stir in chicken, vegetables, and thyme. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes around 4 servings.
