Recipe: Orange Barbecued Chicken (using white wine and orange juice concentrate)

ORANGE BARBECUED CHICKEN

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
FOR THE MARINADE:
1/3 cup Mazola Corn Oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons Tone's Restaurant Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Tone's Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Spice Islands Rosemary
1 teaspoon Tone's Parsley Flakes
FOR BASTING:
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag; set aside.

Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over the chicken in the bag. Turn bag to cover completely and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

WHEN READY TO COOK:
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.

Place chicken on preheated grill and brush with orange juice concentrate. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through, turning once halfway through.

Makes 8 servings
