I've had some opportunity to experiment with my Express 101 & made a great Chicken Pot Pie. So simple & easy & remarkably tasty. The recipe is as follows:
1 can Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
1 can of Hearty Chunky chicken soup w/vegs
(you can use hearty beef stew or soup for beef pot pies)
Stretch out 2 of the Grand biscuits to fit GT express. 1 for bottom & other to cover, if you don't have the pocket maker. Take you chunky chicken or beef soup or stew (strained) & spoon enough to fill in pockets. Cook 7-8 minutes & thats it. Enjoy.
You can make great Empenadas using biscuits as above but adding cooked ground beef with onions, sliced green olives & some rasins. Mmmm Mmmm Mmmmm. Try using chicken also or whatever.
