Recipe(tried): Chicken Sauce

Misc.

Hi Carol B, Remember me from TKL chat last year? I got this recipe
off of here but do not remember who the person was that shared it! It
has become a favorite with us! I must make it once a week. I do add a
little more Basil, as I love it. I have made this with Chicken Breasts
and it works great! Will take less time to bake so monitor the time
closely.
ENJOY

LEMON BASIL CHICKEN

Prep Time: 10 mins.
Ready in: 55 mins
Skill: No Experience Needed
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice.....I used the bottled kind as I had it.
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 broiler-fryer chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lbs.) cut up

Preparation:
Heat oven to 375 degrees

Mix salad dressinge, juice, honey and basil. Place chicken in 13x9 inch
baking dish. Spread with salad dressing mixture.

Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

I made this using chicken breasts and I also covered the pan for about
30 minutes with tinfoil and then uncovered it for the remainder of the
time.

This is so delicious so double the recipe! It will be eaten I am
