Recipe(tried): Lemon-Butter-Caper Sauce

 Carol, this is one of our favorites. 
 1 T chopped capers
 1 T chopped parsley
 1 medium lemon - juice only
 1/4 Cup dry white wine
 1-2 T butter
After sauteeing chicken breasts, remove & keep warm. Deglaze pan with mixture of all except butter and reduce until thickened slightly. Finish by swirling in the butter. Sometimes I add a little chicken stock if not enough sauce. This is plenty for 2 chicken breasts, but you might want to increase if cooking more than 2. It is also very good over fish and veal.
