Recipe: Chocolate and Creamy Orange Mousse (using sweetened condensed milk)

1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, divided use
2 tablespoons orange juice plus 2 teaspoons grated orange rind (or 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur)
2 cups (1 pint) heavy (whipping) cream, stiffly whipped
FOR THE CHOCOLATE MXTURE:
In heavy saucepan, ever low heat, melt margarine; add cocoa powder then 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened. Pour into medium bowl; cool to room temperature.
Beat in 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1 teaspoon rind. Fold in half the whipped cream; set aside.
FOR THE CREAMY ORANGE MIXTURE:
In medium bowl, combine remaining sweetened condensed milk, 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1 teaspoon rind. Fold in remaining whipped cream. Chill thoroughly.
In 8 dessert dishes, spoon equal portions of chocolate mixture, making a "well" in center of each. Spoon creamy orange mixture into center of each. Chill.
To serve, garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 12-15 servings
