This is one of the best tuna casseroles I've ever had (and you can make it in no time at all). I hope you enjoy it. I obtained this recipe about 28 years ago from the hostess of a party I attended (the casserole was served at the function), and have enjoyed it ever since.

1 can flaked white tuna
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
handful of roasted cashews
1/4 cup water
4 oz. chow mein noodles
Mandarin orange sections

Combine all ingredients except orange sections in a casserole dish. Sprinkle some noodles on top. Decorate with the orange sections and bake covered at 450 F. for 20-25 minutes.
