Recipe(tried): Chuck Roast - Chimichungas

Sandwiches
Chuck roast- cooked in oven (seasoned) till very tender and falling apart. COol the roast and then shred...mix with onions, garlic, stewed tomatoes and some green chilies-cook over low heat for a couple of hours. Then cool.
Get some flour tortillas and wrap a small portion in each like a package...fry in hot, hot oil and enjoy - they are great!!!!!!
Top with sour cream, shredded cheese and salsa.

I can taste them...
