Recipe: Cinnamon Apples (microwave)

Cinnamon Apples

Makes two servings

Here's a simple recipe and I admit the idea isn't very original, but I enjoyed it:

Core and chop 2 apples (with or without peels). Put the chunks in a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Add a very small amount (less than 1 teaspoon) of margarine. Microwave until apples are hot and soft, stirring once or twice to distribute margarine and cinnamon.
