Recipe: Cinnamon Pecans

Cinnamon Pecans

Beat one egg white and one tablespoon of cold water together until frothy. Stir 1 pound of NC Pecans into mixture.

In another bowl, mix 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Stir pecans into the sugar mixture until well coated.

Spread on large cookie sheet and bake at 275 F for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes.
