Recipe: Sugared Bourbon Pecans

Sugared Bourbon Pecans

1 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup bourbon
1/3 cup water
2 cups pecan halves

Cook first six ingredients together until the mixture reaches soft ball stage.

Stir in two cups pecan halves and spread out on wax paper to cool.
