I have an old recipe for a delicious zucchini cake but one of the ingredients, dry boxed coconut pecan frosting mix, is no longer available. I'd really like to make it again but I am afraid of altering the taste without the dry frosting mix. Any ideas what I can use in place of this discontinued ingredient?
Thank you!
