COFFEE CRUMB CAKE
1 box your choice yellow cake mix
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 sticks margarine or butter
2/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
In a large bowl using a fork, mix flour, margarine or
butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla, forming crumbs for top of cake. Set aside in refrigerator. Make your yellow cake mix according to directions on box, except pour mixture into a 12 x 16-inch greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Very carefully remove cake and spoon crumb mixture over top of cake. Bake 25 minutes more. When cake cools, sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Enjoy.

ty). Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cool on rack. When completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
