Recipe(tried): Cole Slaw Dressing

Cole Slaw and Dressing, had at cards the other day also: Very good and easy.

Cole Slaw Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup tarragon vinegar
1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 (very scant) cup sugar
1 tsp salt

I use this for a small bag of precut slaw. Put slaw in dish. Pour over dressing. Allow to set for several hours stirring several times. At first it seems like there is not enough dressing but after the slaw weeps it forms more
dressing.
