Recipe(tried): cooked fish smell
Misc.No problem. By the way, I have a wonderful way to cook salmon (from the Jane Fonda cookbook) that's easy and delicious. In fact, when my stepdaughter comes home from college, she always asks for it. You probably already know this, but some folks out there may not. When you purchase fish, you should always ask the fishmonger or butcher if you can smell it. Fresh, uncooked fish has no odor whatsoever. If it smells even slightly like fish, don't buy it. That is bacteria on the fish and it will really smell bad when cooked. I have read that some unscrupulous fishmongers actually spray a solution of water and bleach on the fish to eliminate this odor. Ugh. So let me know if you want the Jane Fonda recipe.
