Recipe: Corned Beef Mold

CORNED BEEF MOLD
This is one of the best molds i have ever tasted.

1 small pkg lemon Jell-O
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 can corn beef, chopped
1 cup mayo
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
3 eggs, boiled hard, chopped small

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
In a large loaf pan put onion, corned beef, celery and eggs.
Pour the Jell-O mixture over chopped ingredients.
Mix oil and vinegar, pour over Jell-O.
Mix all together thoroughly. Let set in fridge until set.
